Shipping Policy

We are only using USPS for shipping with flat rate boxes. We strive to pack the maple syrup as well as we can but once it leaves out hands we have no control of how the shipment is handled. We will work with you and the USPS to rectify any shipping issues.

Changes in Shipping Carrier

While we are using the USPS we are open to other carriers is there is a less expensive rate. We are only charging the exact shipping cost of the package and not adding any handling fees. Please reach out to us if you would like to request another shipping method.
