Refunds
We strive to have great Maple Syrup. All descriptions of the maple syrup should explain exactly what you will be getting. We will work with you to fix any issues that may come up but we can not offer refunds on any maple syrup that has been opened
Shipping Refunds
If the maple syrup is damaged in shipping we will work with you and the shipping carrier to rectify the situation. Flat rate shipping for USPS is insured. If the maple syrup is damaged, we will need pictures sent to magicviewmaple@gmail.com so we can work with the post office on a refund for you.
